Details for the 2018 Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship Amateur Qualifier have been announced, with the qualifier set to take place on Sunday June 10th at Nailcote Hall & Country Club, Warwickshire, host venue for the main Championship in August.
There will be one qualifying spot on offer and the winner will play with a top professional during the Professional Championship at Nailcote Hall on 8th/9th August 2018, with a chance to compete for the prestigious Halliwell Cup, presented to the best pro-am team over the 2-day tournament.
Entries are open to male and female amateurs, 16 years old and over. Entries must have a maximum handicap of 18 with half handicap allowance in operation on the day.
Ryder Cup legend Tony Jacklin CBE will be hosting the tournament for the week, and the likes of 1991 Masters champion Ian Woosnam OBE, Ryder Cup winning captain Sam Torrance OBE, Major winner Michael Campbell, Scottish Open champion Paul Lawrie OBE and reigning European Number One Tommy Fleetwood, have all played at the tournament in its recent history.
