2013 Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship winner Tommy Fleetwood is in pole position to secure his first European Tour Order of Merit title.
Fleetwood has had a magnificent season on the Tour, with victories in the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship and HNA Open de France coming among nine top 10 finishes as the Southport man has consistently found his form this year.
To win, Fleetwood has to equal his fellow challenger Justin Rose’s finishing position at this week’s DP World Tour Championship in Dubai, to retain his number one European status.
Fleetwood is not the only former BP3 player to be participating in Dubai this week, though, with THREE others teeing it up. 2014 Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship winner Eddie Pepperell finishes a strong season at the year’s last event, as will Callum Shinkwin and Graeme Storm.
