Welcome to the Farmfoods British par 3
The Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship is much like the Masters Par 3 in regards to the relaxed yet competitive atmosphere. However, it holds a very special place in the history of British golf and was played long before it became tradition in the Masters. The British Par 3 Championship had its origins in the old Short Course Professional Championship which was played at the Palace Hotel, Torquay from 1933 to 1973. Sid Mouland, who won at Torquay in the 1960s, was the inspiration behind the tournament’s resurgence. Mouland, the professional attached to Nailcote Hall before his son Mark inherited his position, was forever regaling Rick Cressman, the owner of Nailcote Hall, with tales of the old Championship at the Palace Hotel. Rick’s ears pricked up at what he was hearing and when, in 1996, Sid thought that Nailcote Hall was in good enough shape to take over the championship, the rest, as they say, is history...

Car Park Notice
We are delighted to have you join us for this year’s Farmfoods British par 3 golf event!
Spectators travelling to the event via car can park at the Greek Orthodox Church Of Coventry, Westwood Heath Road CV4 8GP. From the car park, its just a short 5-minute shuttle bus ride to Nailcote Hall!
We will be providing complimentary shuttle buses to and from the venue. If you have pre purchased your ticket, you will receive your car park pass via email. Otherwise, you can purchase a pass at the carpark entrance. This pass will grant you access to the shuttle buses. The pass will state specifically what date you chose to attend the event, or you may choose to have a season pass for all 4 days of the event. The car park pass and the spectator ticket are separate. An event brochure will be included with the car park pass.
The cost of the brochure is £10, which includes your car parking pass for that day.
The cost of the spectator ticket, as you may already know, is free of charge!
You will need to present your car park pass when getting onto the shuttle bus and when entering the car park. When you arrive at Nailcote Hall, you will need to present your spectator ticket at the entrance. You can present your card digitally through your phone or print it off.
